  • You must be 18 with a valid ID. Clients who are 16 or 17 can be tattooed with a parent or legal guardian present. A birth certificate and the parent or guardian’s ID are required

  • Yes. You may bring one guest for support. The studio is calm and private, so guests should be respectful and keep the environment comfortable for you.

  • Eat a good meal before your session. Stay hydrated. Avoid alcohol the day before and the day of your appointment. Wear clothing that gives access to the tattoo area. Bring clear reference photos.

  • Pain depends on placement and sensitivity, but most clients handle it well. Breaks are allowed whenever needed.

  • Some products affect the skin. Contact the studio before using any numbing cream.

  • Small tattoos are usually completed in a small tattoo session. Mid size pieces are ideal for a half day session. Large realism projects often require a full day or multiple sessions depending on complexity.

  • A deposit is required to reserve your appointment. It goes toward your total and is not refundable.

  • You may reschedule one time if you contact the studio at least forty eight hours before your appointment. A second reschedule requires a new deposit.

  • If you cancel or do not show up, the deposit is lost.

Tattoo Aftercare

Proper aftercare is important for a clean heal. You will sign an aftercare form before your session.

Standard Aftercare

Day 1

✦ Leave the bandage on for the recommended time.

✦ Wash your hands.

✦ Remove the bandage gently.

✦ Wash the tattoo with lukewarm water and mild antibacterial soap.

✦ Pat dry with a clean paper towel.

Days 2 to 7

✦ Wash the tattoo twice a day.

✦ Apply a thin layer of recommended ointment or fragrance free lotion.

✦ Do not pick or scratch.

✦ Avoid soaking the tattoo.

✦ Avoid sun and heavy sweating.

Weeks 2 to 4

✦ Peeling and dryness are normal.

✦ Moisturize lightly.

✦ Avoid sun exposure.

✦ Do not swim until healed.

Saniderm Style Film Aftercare

Right after your session

✦ A clear film may be applied to protect the tattoo from friction and bacteria.

✦ Seeing ink and fluid under the film is normal.

How long to keep it on

✦ Keep the film on for six days unless instructed otherwise.

✦ If the film lifts, leaks, or fills too much, contact the studio.

While wearing the film

✦ You may shower normally.

✦ Do not soak the tattoo.

✦ Do not lift or open the edges.

✦ Avoid heavy sweating.

Removing the film

✦ Wash your hands.

✦ Remove the film slowly in a warm shower.

✦ Peel from a corner and let warm water loosen the adhesive.

✦ Wash the tattoo with antibacterial soap.

✦ Pat dry with a clean paper towel.

After the film is removed

✦ Switch to standard aftercare.

✦ Use light layers of fragrance free lotion.

✦ Do not scratch or peel.

✦ Avoid sun exposure and swimming.
